Evolve Bus is supported by Harbinger’s purpose-built EV chassis technology, developed for medium-duty commercial and recreational vehicle platforms. Founded in 2021 in Garden Grove, California, Harbinger focuses on vertically integrated electric chassis systems designed to help fleets transition from gas and diesel without compromising performance, reliability, or operational cost.
